Future Developments

Over the next year Velocity Estates have plans for a number of new and exciting property developments in the heart of Sheffield which will pioneer modern architecture in the city.

Until recently, no one would have mentioned urban chic and Sheffield in the same sentence, but as the last of the great northern cities to go through a huge transformation, including a planned shining new retail quarter, which starts development in the spring, the city is certainly ‘on the up’.
